Phase 1 - Consultation

Buildworks will assess your needs and provide a complimentary consultation to discuss your objectives. Within a few days of the consultation, you will receive an estimate for review.


Phase 2 - Design Management

- Meet with design professionals

- Design drawings prepared/reviewed

- Materials & finish schedules prepared/reviewed

-  Final budget prepared

- Permits and approvals obtained

Once you have approved an estimate, Buildworks begins working with you to refine the design and specify all project materials. During this stage, the Buildworks team also begins the process of obtaining permits for the project and approvals from all necessary parties. Buildworks will create a project timeline to keep you informed of all milestones and strive to ensure any disruptions to your schedule are kept to a minimum.


Phase 3 - Construction Management

- Purchasing & delivery of materials

- Coordinate subcontractors

- Onsite supervision

- Finalize all inspections

- Complete closeout packages

Once construction commences, Buildworks will continue to provide onsite and administrative support overseeing the entire process so that everything is built according to the design documents and client expectations. Upon completion of the project, a walk-through will be scheduled to ensure your satisfaction.

- Project hand over to clients

- Property Management

Your project will require care to maintain, whether it is a new kitchen or a new home.  Buildworks will not abandon you upon completion.  This begins with providing you equipment manuals and maintenance checklists; however, we have found that diagnosing potential problems and sourcing quality service firms can be a real challenge. Buildworks can schedule bi-annual visits to identify potential issues, discuss any questions you have and take care of any problems.  Moreover, Buildworks will always be just a phone call away.
